Gladius AI ("we", "us", "the Service") is an automated copy-trading platform operated at gladiusmaximus.com. These Terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Gladius AI publishes algorithmic trading signals and, for subscribers, can mirror those signals onto your connected exchange account ("copy trading"). Signals and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a broker, exchange, or registered investment adviser.
Trading cryptocurrency derivatives is extremely high risk. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
Paid plans (STARTER, PRO, ELITE) are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to supply valid, correctly-permissioned exchange API keys. You are responsible for the security of your exchange account and for keeping your contact details current. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You may not use the Service for market manipulation, money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity; you may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform; and you may not resell or redistribute our signals without permission.
All signals, software, branding, and platform content are the property of Gladius AI and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal trading.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gladius AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gladius AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
